HQengine offers monthly and yearly plans. Pay once a year upfront and receive a discount or you pay as you go with monthly payments out of your credit card.

Yep! When you subscribe to our yearly plan, you pay for 10 months and enjoy two months of HQengine for free.

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal transfer for the yearly plan.

Of course you can upgrade! You can upgrade plans at any time without loosing your data. When you upgrade we calculate the remaining subscription fees on your current plan that you have already paid (credit in your account) and you pay the difference. This happens within the application. If you want to downgrade your plan please email us at support@hqengine.com.

No If this happens once in a while. If you are within limits in regards to the Spend documents that you process based on your package you will not be charged even If once every few months you go over by 20% . We have a fair use policy and we are not bean counters.

Yes If you constantly exceed the use. A charge of 0.2 AUD a document will be applied with your next payment if you are on a monthly plan or at the end of the month if you are on a yearly plan.
